Paws and Parables was born from two of my greatest loves: Jesus and animals. As a lifelong animal lover and a mama passionate about planting seeds of faith in young hearts, I wanted to create something that would speak to children in a way that felt warm, gentle, and real.

The idea came during a quiet moment—watching our sweet Great Pyrenees standing watch over our home and our hearts. Her calm, protective nature reminded me so much of the way Jesus cares for us. That’s when it clicked: what if Cupcake could be the storyteller, sharing the parables of Jesus and helping little ones understand God’s love through the eyes of a furry friend?

From that moment, Paws and Parables became a mission: to create books, toys, and treasures that not only delight animal-loving kids but also point them to truth, grace, and the goodness of the Gospel. Through stories like Cupcake and the Lost Lamb, we pray that children come to know that no one is ever too far gone to be found—and that they are deeply loved by the Good Shepherd.
